Our cozy rooms all have private entrances, en-suite bathrooms, and gratis wi-fi internet. Most rooms face the spectacular Italian French mountain view and others are steps away. All rooms also have an internal hallway to our dining and common gathering rooms.

Italian Cooking Classes in Piedmont
Our classes are fun "hands-on" sessions, suitable for all ages. We use fresh high-quality ingredients sourced from our local farmers market and small artisanal producers. When available we also use produce from our organic garden. Italian cooking relies on the natural intensely flavored ingredients with minimal preparation to make the food shine and the eaters sing.
Join us to make the most of your time and discover hidden gems the area has on offer. We mix up the wining and dining with some walking, Mercato shopping, cooking, cathedral, monastery, castle, small museum visiting along with absorbing the valley's culture and natural beauty. We'll get behind the scenes to experience Italian mountain life as a local.
